Join baarbd for a day of training! Meet at Tennessee Valley (in Marin, west of Sausalito) and we will break into 2 teams... Team 1 runs and Team 2 mtb - each has 1 hour to put up points. Then we return to Tennessee Valley, plot points and switch. "Points" will be provided in the form of water guns or the like. (If we have a big turn out, we can break into more teams.) If you're still raring to go after the nav, we'll head to SeaTrek for a short paddle session. If you have maps of the Headlands please bring them. Please RSVP to events@baarbd.org
