  Team 1 runs and Team 2 mtb - each has 1 hour to put up points. Then w
 e return to Tennessee Valley\, plot points and switch. "Points" will b
 e provided in the form of water guns or the like. (If we have a big tu
 rn out\, we can break into more teams.) \n\nIf you're still raring to 
 go after the nav\, we'll head to SeaTrek for a short paddle session. \
