The ~4 km "Urban Goat" will be a fun and wild ride through the winding streets and staircases of Oakland's "Crocker Highlands" neighborhood. And it's mostly downhill from the start! A window Score-O of a couple controls and one allowable skip inside that window should mix people up a bit. Controls will be "Q&A" format.
