Have fun and practice your navigation skills at our National Orienteering Day event. There will 2 different Sprint courses plus white, yellow, orange and long orange. The long orange is recommended for AR. There will be clinics ongoing from 9:30 to get you started. There's time to do the Long Orange course and a Sprint course if you start early. For extra practice and exercise you can volunteer to help pick up controls at 2:00 when the courses close. Intermediate Orienteering Clinic for Adventure Racers (Presidio San Francisco, from 2007-09-23 10:00 to 2007-09-23 11:00) — by Nancy Lindeman

There will be 7 courses to choose from. The orange level course will have the same navigation level as the Adventure Races but you might want to try a harder level if you want more climb and distance. You can stay to help with control pick up if you want extra practice.
