If you use the Firefox browser there is an add-on called ReloadEvery that will let you open up a web-page and set an automatic refresh-rate of every 5 minutes or whatever you'd like.

I open the tracking map webpage on a second monitor and watch the race unfold before my eyes. Plus, it has the added benefit of make my desk look like a NORAD-command station. Only the best for me in arm-chair adventuring, I guess.

If you're anything like me you've been obsessively following the
progress of PQ since the race kicked off yesterday, and to make it
easier I've started a list of online news/resource sites for PQ on the
baarbd forums: http://www.baarbd. org/community/ forum/view_ topic?topic_ id=673
I'm sure I'm missing some, so please add any you know about (if you
don't have an account just create one, it's free and painless, I
promise!).
Thanks, and go teams!
